Details

The word mehandi is derived from the Sanskrit word mendhika. The use of mehandi and turmeric is described in the earliest Hinduism’s Vedic ritual books. Haldi (staining oneself with turmeric paste) as well as mehandi are Vedic customs, intended to be a symbolic representation of the outer and the inner sun. Vedic customs are centerd around the idea of “awakening the inner light”. Mehandi, also known as henna is a temporary form of skin decoration in mainly India and Nepal. And from what we know, this form of skin decoration has become viral in our country. Just a little help for the artistic and bold. This is a book of varous mehandi designs for those who are willing to take a creative step towards skin decoration. Filled with technique and floral exquisite designs, this book comes at a price of RM10.00
